Sometimes during the administration of an estate it becomes necessary to enter into litigation to resolve an issue. Christine Brown assists estate beneficiaries, executors, administrators and trustees with controversies involving the estate or trust.
Business & Tax
Ms. Brown helps clients with standard business matters, including advising clients on the appropriate business entity to form and preparing agreements and filings to form the chosen business entity. Ms. Brown also provides tax advice to small businesses.
